Amazing Race All-Stars

I apologize for the frivolity of this post--especially to those of you who could care less--but the Amazing Race All-Stars started last night!

There were some people I would have liked to see back in the race (hippies, Tyler & James, Colin & Christie); I don't think the teams are as tough as they could be, but it is fun to see Rob & Amber back in it. I know you either love 'em or you hate 'em, and while I can't really sanction the necessity of someone winning aNOTHER million dollars (Amber already won a million on Survivor), I would much rather watch people who are really competitive and know how to play the GAME and make it interesting. Thus I am glad to see Rob & Amber around again and have to admit I am rooting for them to do well!

Indeed, Rob and Amber make the game very interesting with their fierce competetiveness and sharp abilities. Teri and Ian are the same way, although a little older.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing David and Mary winning. They seem to deserve it simply for being brave enough to try it again.

Any homosexuals should lose and lose fast. They gross me out. The midget lady is awesome. She outran Drew and Mary. Drew is a wuss.

Amee and I are totally Rob and Amber Fans! They make the race very interesting! They are definelty arrogant but in a fun way! We hope they win!

I also agree that i would of liked to see the Hippies again! They would of given Rob/Amber a run for their money!

Jeremiah! Thanks for commenting...I didn't know you and Amee were Amazing Race Buddies! You'll have to come over some Sunday night and join the party. :)

I hope it's like last time where they are in it for a while, but I really don't want them to win...WAYYYY too arrogant. I would have liked to have seen some of the linz family from the 8th season, but I suspect that they were busy with their businesses...as they probably will be making a million soon anyway. :) I also hope the coal miner and his wife stay in it a while....but I'd like the Miss America's to win...don't ask me why...

Well, I admit to being one that wants to see Rob and Amber lose as quickly as possible. I would have loved to see them lose the first night. They drove me crazy on Survivor, drove me crazy on the other round of Amazing Race and drive me crazy every time I see them trying to advance their celebrity. So anyway...that's my personal opinion of who I don't want to win. I agree with jonhaynie that I'd like to see a few of those groups lose quickly as well just to take out that factor. Finally, I agree with g-knee - I want the beauty queens to win (or Uchenna and Joyce).

Kristen and I agree with you that the teams aren't quite as tough as they could be. So it'll be interesting to see if anyone else will step up to challenge Rob and Amber. Yeah, I currently find myself pulling from Rob and Amber to do well. They make things interesting. Also, I'm pulling for Dave and Mary this time around--though I feel they may be getting an early exit. They don't exactly have the same game as Rob and Amber.
